To the extent permitted by law, Mava Maison is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store, beyond the value of your order.

8. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

9. UK consumer rights

Nothing in these terms, including the governing-law clause above, limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law if you are shopping from the United Kingdom, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
