Shipping

Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) and ship free. Once shipped, delivery takes 8-12 business days to addresses in the US and UK.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item in its original condition, no restocking fees. Write to info@mavamaison.com first so we can issue a return authorization before you send anything back.

Sizing

Every product page carries a size guide with the measurements for that exact style, since fit varies between pieces and between suppliers. Check the guide before ordering, and write in if you are between sizes and want a second opinion.

Where does my order ship from?

We work with a small set of international logistics partners, and orders ship directly from their facilities. That keeps prices fair without an extra handling markup, and your order still arrives inside the window above.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number and a link. You can also write to info@mavamaison.com with your order number for a status update at any time.
