Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return an unworn, unwashed item in its original condition. There are no restocking fees.

Before you send anything back

Write to info@mavamaison.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply within 24-48 hours with a return authorization and the return address, so please wait for that reply before shipping anything. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping; if an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover it (see "What is not covered" below).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the item's price to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return; your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want.

What is not covered

Worn, washed, or altered items, items without their original condition, and items returned outside the 30-day window cannot be accepted. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.

UK customers

If you are shopping from the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, in addition to the 30-day policy above. Contact us at the email above to exercise this right.
