Shipping policy

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free on every order, no minimum required.

Processing time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery takes 8-12 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner.

How this works

Mava Maison does not hold its own warehouse. We work with a small set of international logistics partners, and orders ship directly from their facilities to you. This is how we keep our prices honest without adding a markup for overhead you never see, and it does not change the delivery window above.

Multiple items

If your order includes several pieces, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package. You will still only be charged once, and each package is fully tracked.
