Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow it the rest of the way.

Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 8-12 business days of shipping, to addresses in the US and UK.

Do not see a shipping confirmation yet? It usually means your order is still being prepared. If it has been longer than 3 business days since you ordered, or if your tracking link looks stuck, write to info@mavamaison.com with your order number and we will look into it, usually within 24-48 hours.
